We are proud to run an operationally excellent facility, encompassing the following:

• Manufacture of sub-contract sheet-metal and fabricated components using CNC cutting, punching and
press-braking technology
• Various processes for optimal product finishing including powder coating (including phosphate
pre-treatment), wet-spraying, plating and polishing
• Sub-assembly of components ready for final assembly
• Final assembly and rigorous testing of complete products
• Timely packing and despatch of orders to your requirements

Our History

Shermaynes Engineering Limited was founded in the North West of England in 1960 and our established business continues to provide a complete and exceptional metal working service for its customers today.

Our Facility

Our Lancaster-based production facility is located close to the M6 motorway, West Coast Intercity Railway, Manchester Airport, Liverpool docks, Heysham and Hull – all of which enable us to despatch finished products swiftly across the UK, Ireland and Europe.We welcome visits from our customers, so please contact us if you would like to take a look around.
