Can you Powder Coat over an existing finish?

We can normally powder coat a component which has already been powder coated, but other finishes this might require the part to be stripped back to bare metal first.

Do you produce one-offs?

We are happy to produce anything from a one-off to a batch of several thousand components, but obviously the cost for a one-off item will be significantly higher.

What format can I send you my drawings in?

We work natively in SolidWorks, and we can import and work with any standard 2D or 3D CAD format, but we find that DXF, DWG, STEP are the most reliable.
