The process of producing sheet metal components and assemblies often begins with profiles produced on punch presses or by laser cutting. Our profiling equipment includes:
• Amada ENSIS-3015AJ 6kW Fibre Laser with 3m x 1.5m bed, processing mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 20mm thick
• Amada EMZ 3610 CNC Punch Press, 30T capacity and large bed size
• Amada Pega 368 CNC Punch Press, 30T capacity and large bed size
• Amada AE 255 CNC Punch Press, 20T capacity and large turret for maximum flexibility on smaller components
Our sheet metal forming equipment includes:
