Our Technical Development team will work directly with you to develop your products from concept design through to completion, providing technical assistance and guidance. Our focus is on Design for Manufacture, ensuring that your finished product is cost effective to produce. A dedicated engineer will be allocated to you, who will take responsibility for your project throughout all stages of development, up to the approval of any prototypes which may be manufactured. Using our state-of-the-art SolidWorks and Radan CAD/CAM systems, we can develop your ideas into technical production drawings and prototypes quickly and precisely. We can also quickly produce photo-realistic rendered images of your design to give you a better idea of how the finished product will look.

When preparing a quotation, our engineers can give advice on economical batch sizes or alternative methods of manufacture, as may be appropriate. We appreciate that our customers are experts in their field but we can often assist with detail design of sheet-metal or fabricated components and advise where any problems might occur with the existing design. To assist you with long term budgeting, we can also advise you of the likely effect on sales prices over time, as a result of any changes in the cost of raw materials and services.
